Based in typical white-washed Spanish village in the mountains, Vitality Wellness Retreats provide a unique wellness experience in a peaceful location where you will eat healthy, delicious plant- based foods and enjoy a tranquil mountain environment in the unspoilt Spanish countryside.
You will experience a diverse range of activities and receive expert tuition from professional coaches, as well as have the opportunity to network and enjoy the company and camaraderie of other like-minded women.

Location
Based in typical white-washed Spanish village in the mountains these unique weekends offer an ideal location for yoga hill walking and exercising in the cooler months of May and October. One hour south of Valencia, the mountain village of Forna is surrounded by orange and olive groves, beautiful scenery, and provides a clean, peaceful and relaxing environment. Only 15 minutes drive from the coast, Forna is easily accessed from either Valencia or Alicante Airports.
Accommodation
You will find rustic yet comfortable accommodation in one of three houses, all of which are located next to each other. There are 4-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms in each house. Casa Angel, Vasa Vogel and Casa Vida are all beautiful 300 year-old Spanish houses located in the heart of Forna with fantastic views over the orange groves, mountains and the 13th century castle.

AirThe price does not include flights or airport transfers. Transfers however can be arranged by us for your convenience from Valencia or Alicante Airport . There are numerous flights each day from airports across the UK to Valencia (55 mins from Forna) and Alicante (85 mins from Forna).
